The story of Longrenju begins in 1998. In that year, culinary traditions from all over the country gradually took root and flourished in the city of Beijing. As a representative of Sichuan cuisine, Longrenju started to shine near the Imperial City.
As time passed, gastronomy also had its own moments, much like a driving force, giving us a reason to savor the delights on our taste buds.
